Our Story Started Small and Sizzled Big
It all began in Jasper, Texas, inside a tiny hole-in-the-wall shack serving nothing but burgers, fries, and friendly smiles. Lunchtime regulars knew one thing for sure, every bite was worth coming back for.
When we took ownership of that humble spot on October 16, 2006, the same day Jasper faced the Great Flood, we had no idea what was ahead. A little blind faith, a lot of luck, and a juicy half-pound burger later, Hamburger Depot was born.
Word spread fast, and so did our locations. What started as one small-town burger stop has grown into a family of restaurants across East Texas, each one carrying that same local spirit, friendly service, and made-to-order quality.
No matter which Depot you visit, you will find the same sizzling griddles, golden curly fries, and hometown pride that built our name from the ground up.
