Refund and Return Policy

Walk in, Call in, Delivery, and Third Party Delivery Orders

To provide the best guest experience we offer the solutions below. If you have questions about this policy please contact the restaurant by email.

Preparation begins as soon as an order is confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations after confirmation with the restaurant or a third party provider.

Third Party Delivery Orders

For issues with orders placed through services such as Grubhub or Postmates please contact the delivery company directly using their support line or website.

Food Order Errors

If you receive items that are different from your receipt please call the restaurant or your third party delivery company as soon as you notice the error.

  • For credit card payments we will cancel the original charge for the incorrect order and recharge the corrected amount.
  • For cash payments you will pay the difference if the corrected item has a higher price. If the corrected item costs less you will receive the difference as a credit. In some cases a store credit may be offered.

Please return the order in the original containers to our host when possible.

Food Order Incomplete

If an item listed on your receipt is missing we will make it right. Call us as soon as you notice the item is missing. You may cancel the missing item before preparation and receive a refund to a credit card or a store credit. Cash refunds are not available.

Food Dissatisfaction

We prepare food fresh to order with quality ingredients and take pride in every dish. Refunds and replacement items are available for orders that are incorrect, missing items, or similar issues. Refunds are not typically provided for items a guest simply does not prefer.

If twenty five percent or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue a discount, refund, or store credit. If food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue a discount, refund, or store credit.

Cancel Order

We are unable to cancel, refund, or issue store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has been prepared. Refunds or store credits are not available for beverages or other non food items.

Cancelling Restaurant Delivery

We cannot cancel an order that is already in progress and on the delivery route. If the driver made a reasonable effort to contact you upon arrival at the requested location a refund may not be available.

Complimentary Food

Refunds and cash value are not available for complimentary items.

Pick Up Orders

We package pick up orders to preserve quality, temperature, and freshness. Please arrive at the scheduled time confirmed by the restaurant. If you will arrive late, contact the restaurant at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled pick up time. If the customer arrives after the scheduled time without prior notification a refund will not be issued.
